4 Year Dual-Warranty
Healing Arts Garden offers exceptional warranty coverage and product support. Our policies go above and beyond the terms of the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
You will receive a warranty agreement and RI number along with your order. The RI number identifies your items, much like a serial number. We also keep these numbers in our own records as a backup.
If your product malfunctions, which is rare, we will arrange for the manufacturer to send you a replacement for the defective part.
Healing Arts Garden will also pay any related fees for the first two years after your purchase. This service is not available through other distributors.
During the third and fourth years, there are small fees associated with replacement of defective parts, but we guarantee these will not exceed 10% of the original purchase price. Again, this guarantee is not available through other distributors.
You may also contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues as well, and they will be able to replace any defective parts for you. They will need your RI number. However, the fees may be elevated if you go directly to the manufacturer.
After 4 years, your item still has warranty and product support. Healing Arts Garden and Richway handle these issues on a case-by-case basis. As a rule of thumb, you can usually expect to pay less than 20% of initial purchase price for a warranty claim, even after 4 years.
For Bio-Mat products, you also have the option to return the item to the manufacturer, for any reason, and they will send you a brand new model of the same type, for ½ price. There does not need to be a defect or malfunction with the mat to do this. However, you will need your RI number.
