30 Year Warranty
All our products include a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty, product registration form, and RI#. This policy guarantees that Richway will repair or replace your product if it becomes defective in any way.
Most BioMats never need warranty service, but in the event that you have a problem with your item, we can work with Richway on your behalf to file a warranty claim and resolve the problem. We make the process as smooth and easy as possible.
Depending on the nature of the problem, the product in question, and the amount of time that has passed since your purchase, there may be fees to have the item repaired. Please scroll down to see the fee schedule.
Lifetime Warranty
As a BioMat owner, you also retain the option to return your BioMat to Richway and receive a brand new BioMat (of the same size) for half price. The option can be exercised at any point in the future, even if your BioMat is not defective.
