From time to time, we have items in stock that are in perfect condition, but have been used a few times before.
This is usually because they have been used for demonstration purposes, loaned out to a local business for a free trial, or returned from one of our customers during the trial period.
Because these items depreciate after the initial use, we understand that they cannot command the full retail price. But they are still in perfect working condition, and do not show any signs of use.
